Course Description:
This course is designed for students who need additional practical experience in developing their legal analysis skills. Students will focus on spotting legal issues in factual situations, analyzing those issues using the IRAC method, and improving persuasive writing skills. The practical examples will be taken from legal focus areas not examined in SDO 501, thus giving you the opportunity to learn more about some areas that may be new to you.
