A Few Words About
the Foundation

Thank you for supporting the Maricopa County Bar Foundation with your voluntary dues renewal donations. Your generosity makes it possible for the Foundation to support worthy organizations such as the AZ Chapter of Disabled American Veterans, ALWAYS (Arizona Legal Women and Youth Services), and Arizona Helping Hands, as well as the Volunteer Lawyers Program and other Pro Bono Legal Clinics. You can also contribute to the MCBF by doing something you likely do all the time…purchasing items from Amazon! If you follow this link, you’ll have the opportunity to direct a portion of your purchases to the MCBF by participating in the Amazon Smile program, at no additional cost to you.

When I became involved in the MCBA YLD, I encountered attorneys who not only wanted to cultivate their legal skills, but attorneys who also wanted to immediately impact and serve our community.  My time on the YLD Board helped me better understand the diverse challenges lawyers in Maricopa County face and provided the foundation for my current service on the MCBA Board of Directors.

Joining the MCBA Lawyer Referral Service is an easy decision to make. It is very reasonably priced to join and a great way to get new clients.

Being on the Board of the MCBA has been a great experience.  The MCBA is very helpful to solo and small firms by the many resources they provide their members.

As the present Chair of MCBA Litigation Section, let me endorse the hard work MCBA and each section have been working on for its members and the community. It's one of the most active bar associations and covers the most populous districts in Arizona. So when an attorney first considers joining an organization related to their practice, MCBA is no doubt the top option! Secondly, many people seeking legal advice in Arizona are small business owners or individuals fighting for their basic rights. To support the MCBA Lawyer Referral Service is a perfect way to help build a better community with your legal knowledge (for attorneys) or by donation (for the general public).
