Course Description:
This class is limited to JD candidates only
This is an advanced writing seminar that will
introduce students to types of legal documents that
are not covered in the first-year curriculum.
Approximately half the course emphasizes a
transactional practice and half the course emphasizes
a litigation practice. Assignments may include demand
letters, advice letters, contracts, pleadings, and
statutes. Classes will consist of a combination of
lecture and interactive exercises. Students will
receive individualized feedback on all assignments.
