Course Description:
This class is limited to JD candidates only

This course provides students with the opportunity to learn the basic principles of contract drafting, interpretation, and negotiation. This course will also introduce students to the role of the transactional lawyer. Emphasis will be placed on drafting contractual agreements that effectuate clients’ needs and anticipate potential legal problems. Students will be required to work independently and collaboratively to revise and draft a wide variety of written contracts and contract terms.
