Course Description:
This class will meet Monday through Thursday from 5:40 pm - 7:05 pm January 28 - January 31, and March 11 - March 14, 2019 for a total of 8 days.

Students would read the whole of the The Federalist and The Essential Antifederalist. In class, coverage would include the more important essays in The Federalist and related essays from The Essential Antifederalist. The essays would be compared to Marbury v. Madison, McCulloch v. Maryland, and other cases.
