Course Description:
This course will cover hot topics in IP Law based on the interests of enrolled students and will yield the completion of two short papers on topics of students’ choice. The course will be collaborative and interactive with students presenting their paper ideas, peer feedback on those ideas, short professor-led seminars, guest speakers, and in-class paper workshopping. Students should have previously completed or be co-enrolled in at least one IP law related course. The course fulfills the flexible writing requirement.
