Course Description:
This class will meet Monday through Friday beginning May 16, and continuing through May 27 from 9:15 am - noon

Lawyers are often called upon to be leaders. This short course introduces leadership theory, theories of persuasion (rhetoric), and principles of teamwork. Students will apply what they have learned of theory to a team project that imagines solutions for a problem currently facing Arizona. Teams will present their projects to the class. Individual projects will include a rhetorical analysis of a speech, writing a personal mission statement, and three reflection papers.
