Course Description:
This course examines amateur sports law from a legal, business and problem-solving (policy) perspective. The course focuses primarily on interscholastic and intercollegiate athletics, including an examination of gender and racial equity issues. Students will argue an appeal in an infractions case and will prepare a paper offering a thoughtful solution to a significant problem in the amateur sports context. MLS Online Students Only
