Course Description:
FAMILY LAW is a pre-requisite for this course
This course will focus on how to practice family law in the
Arizona trial courts from the perspective of current trial
court judges. Topics covered include client intake,
drafting pleadings and motions, conducting limited
discovery, and representing clients at evidentiary
hearings. The course concludes with the students
participating in a mock family trial.
