Course Description:
This course will introduce foundational concepts of legislative drafting. Many of these concepts will build on writing skills developed in the first-year writing courses and will be transferable to other types of drafting outside of the legislative context. This course is designed to provide students with an overview into effective drafting techniques for legislation.
