Course Description:
Members of the seminar will meet each week to discuss one or two of the most interesting and important cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court during its 2021 Term (the Term that will end in the summer of 2022).

In depth discussion of the Court’s opinions with focus on the importance of the case, the quality of the Court's reasoning, and the judicial philosophies of the individual Justices.
