Bruce E. Meyerson

Bruce E. Meyerson, a mediator and arbitrator in Phoenix who has successfully resolved more than 2,000 cases, teaches Arbitration, Mediation, ADR and Employment Law, as well as an alternative dispute resolution survey course, at the College of Law. His practice includes all aspects of commercial and business disputes, including domain name disputes for the National Arbitration Forum, and he is among a select few chosen to arbitrate large class arbitrations for the American Arbitration Association. Professor Meyerson also regularly conducts arbitration and mediation training for public and private agencies and law firms.

Professor Meyerson began his career as a public interest lawyer, served on the Arizona Court of Appeals and later became General Counsel of ASU. He practiced commercial and employment litigation from 1990-2000 with Meyer, Hendricks, Victor, Osborn & Maledon, and Steptoe & Johnson. Since 2000, his practice has been devoted almost exclusively to serving as a neutral.

Professor Meyerson is a past chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, and a former chair of the State Bar of Arizona Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, the Arizona Supreme Court Commission on the Courts ADR Task Force, and the Arizona Supreme Court ADR Advisory Committee.
