Panelists:

Tupac Enrique Acosta (Tonatierra): represents indigenous peoples before the UN Working Group on Indigenous Populations, the UN Human Rights Commission, and the North American Indigenous Peoples Caucus

Michael Kellis (Rosette LLP) : represents tribes and tribal entities in eCommerce and iGaming as well as facilitates tribal involvement in the global marketplace.

Professor Robert Miller (Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law): will address the Doctrine of Discovery and the Organization of American States process and cases.
