Abstract

This bibliography provides an assessment of the writings on law and genocide. The writings annotated here are a microcosm of a vast and growing literature on international human rights. A number of important titles which do not specifically address genocide are listed to provide a context for the more narrow discourse on genocide. Preceding the bibliography is a brief review of the history of the ideas pertaining to law and genocide.

Keywords: international law, human rights, genocide
