Course Description:
The course will begin with an overview of different theoretical perspectives on international law, and will then focus on the role of international law dimensions in addressing current issues such as the South China Sea, climate change, the conflict in the Ukraine, and the war on terrorism. Special attention will be given to the impact of the Trump Administration on international law.
