Course Description:
This course aims to integrate new students into the particular manner of education at the College of Law. The course provides an opportunity for incoming transfer students to explore new substantive material and various techniques of advanced legal learning through a series of interactive and problem-based exercises. The course material will draw on core Constitutional, international, intellectual property, and tax law concepts and will invite students to interrogate both the doctrinal and theoretical principles.
