Course Description:
A study of Constitutional Criminal Procedure, with major emphasis on the Sixth Amendment’s right to counsel, the Fifth Amendment’s right against self incrimination, and the Fourth Amendment’s right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm - 4:15pm, starting on Tuesday, July 6, and ending on Monday, August 2. Tuesday, August 3 will be a reading day and the final exam will be administered at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 4.
