This course focuses on common law and a comparison between the Uniform Probate Code and the Arizona statutes. Drafting issues and techniques are covered. The course is comprehensive, but does NOT cover complex estate planning or tax. This course is important for all second and/or third year law students. Every lawyer should have a working knowledge of wills and estates. This is also a major subject on most bar exams.
