Course Description:
This course examines all aspects of the negotiation process. Students will learn the principles and skills associated with negotiation models by participating in a series of simulation exercises, both in and outside class. The reading materials for the course will be a blend of theoretical literature and practical material. The simulations will involve settlement and other types of negotiations in a wide variety of actions and will require substantial out-of-class preparation.
