Arizona Court of Appeals - Division One

The Arizona Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court for the State of Arizona. Division One is located in Phoenix and Division Two is located in Tucson. The Division Two site contains memorandum decisions for the last 6 months and opinions back to 2002 (including docket sheets back to 1990), a directory of judges and court personnel, an oral argument calendar, a searchable case management system, and the link for document e-filing.

It also has many free resources, including free U.S. Supreme Court cases from 1781 to present, State and Federal cases from the last five years, free legal forms, and a directory of law-related websites. This resource now requires registration and users are prompted when they try to retrieve “for pay” items.
