A Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Professor Cabot has tried numerous cases around the country. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Military Commissions Judicial Tribunal Guantanamo Bay and federal courts nationwide, including Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Professor Cabot has served as a Judge Pro Tem on the Arizona Court of Appeals and currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Maricopa County Superior Court.
