Howard Cabot is a partner in the international law firm of Perkins Coie. He has extensive trial experience in a wide variety of complex cases, including class actions, securities, intellectual property and business litigation.
A member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy and National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Professor Cabot has tried numerous cases around the country. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and federal courts nationwide, including Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. He is listed in Chambers USA, "America’s Leading Business Lawyers”, The Best Lawyers in America, Arizona Magazine, "Top Attorneys in Arizona," (2006), and Who's Who in American Law.
Professor Cabot serves as a Judge Pro Tem on the Arizona Court of Appeals and Maricopa County Superior Court, and has written and spoken widely on topics ranging from trial practice to litigation cost efficiencies to management of mass liability cases.
