Nicole M. Goodwin, a Shareholder with international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, is a member of the firm's Litigation group. Her practice emphasizes corporate governance disputes, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, health care litigation, and probate litigation.
Professor Goodwin is a member of the Editorial Board for the State Bar of Arizona's Arizona Attorney magazine, and a member of the Phoenix Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues. She is also the Arizona editor for the American Bar Association’s Annual Survey of State Class Action Law and the American Bar Association’s State Indirect Purchaser Lawsuit (Illinois Brick) Guide.
At the Seton Hall University School of Law, Professor Goodwin was the Managing Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.
