Brad Forst has over 25 years experience as a public company CEO, private company CEO, senior executive, practicing lawyer, and adjunct professor. He joined the ASU College of Law as a faculty associate in Fall 2005. Forst also teaches in the Management Department at the W.P. Carey School of Business. He is currently the CEO at Southwest Solar Technologies, Inc. He formerly was the president and CEO of Gradient Analytics, Inc., an independent stock research firm. Prior to that Forst was the President and CEO of Simula Inc., a publicly traded company that he led through a successful corporate turn around and merger.
Forst has been an in-house general counsel and practiced corporate law in three Phoenix law firms. His career has focused on corporate law and finance, IPOs, securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, corporate governance, and business management. Forst has served as a director on four corporate boards including as Audit Committee Chairman of a NASDAQ publicly traded company.
He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Arizona.
