Mark McGinnis represents a wide variety of clients in litigation and general matters, but has particular expertise in water rights and environmental law. Before entering law school, he was a faculty member of the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at the University of Arizona. Mark has been active in professional and community groups, particularly as they relate to agriculture and associated industries.
