Michael ("Mike") Liburdi
is an
attorney at Snell & Wilmer LLP in Phoenix.
He focuses on healthcare and commercial litigation, government
relations, and
political law and litigation. Mike recently served as a staff
attorney in
the litigation department in the Federal Election Commission's office
of the
general counsel, where he worked on litigation arising out of the
Federal
Election Campaign Act and the Presidential Primary Matching Payment
Account
Act, including the Democratic National Committee's challenge to
Senator John
McCain's decision to withdraw from the presidential primary matching
payment
system.
Mike serves as a commissioner on
the Arizona
Arts Commission and on the State Bar of Arizona Continuing Legal
Education and
Peer Review Committees. He speaks on political law topics such as
campaign
finance law and impeachment.
