Mark G. Worischeck
Adjunct Professor of Law

 

Mark G. Worischeck joined Sanders & Parks in 1988, and is a Shareholder and Director. He also serves as the firm’s President and Managing Shareholder.

 

Professor Worischeck’s practice emphasizes complex civil litigation, primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance bad faith and insurance defense. He works with insurance carriers handling a variety of insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Professor Worischeck routinely handles personal injury and wrongful death cases, including those arising out of aviation accidents. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials and has been involved in many cases resulting in published decisions.

 

Professor Worischeck has given frequent presentations on insurance law and insurance bad faith. He has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV® Preeminent™ rating and is recognized in the 2010 and 2011 editions of Southwest Super Lawyers. Professor Worischeck was also named by Super Lawyers as one of Arizona's Top 50 Lawyers for 2011. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.

 

Professor Worischeck teaches Insurance Law at the College of Law.
