Tamra Facciola teaches courses in Mediation and Legal Theory and Practice as part of the College of Law’s clinical program. She practices employment law from the plaintiff and defense perspectives at the law firm of Eckert & Facciola, and represents clients in general business matters, conducts on-site investigations, and provides counseling and training to business clients concerning a variety of employment law issues.
Professor Facciola is a former adjunct faculty member at Phoenix College and South Mountain College in Phoenix, where she taught Legal Ethics, Introduction to Law and Conflict Mediation. From 2003-2005, she was Director of Paralegal Studies and a faculty member at Metropolitan College in Phoenix where she coordinated the Associates and Bachelor of Arts Paralegal Studies programs and also taught Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Legal Research and Writing, Legal Terminology, and the Essentials of Contract Law.
Professor Facciola is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice in the state courts of Arizona and the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Arizona.
