Bill Sandweg is a former U.S. Air Force jet pilot. After leaving the Air Force, he went to law school at Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was senior editor on the law review.
Professor Sandweg is a specialist in personal injury and wrongful death, certified by the State Bar of Arizona. In addition to his fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, he is past President of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a past President of the Arizona Association Defense Counsel, a former judge pro tem of Maricopa County Superior Court, an instructor at trial advocacy seminars, a member of various law committees dealing with rules of procedure, and author of various articles on trial practice and techniques.
He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for both medical negligence and personal injury. He is a Charter Member of Arizona's Finest Lawyers.
Professor Sandweg has been practicing personal injury law in Phoenix for almost 40 years. He has been doing medical malpractice cases for the last 30 years. Today, his practice is primarily devoted to the representation of persons who have been seriously injured by medical negligence.
