Bob Henry is a partner in the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation and general legal counsel regarding business operations, with a focus on and particular experience with matters or issues arising out of commercial and real estate transactions, contracts, and relationships. Professor Henry has experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts and in various alternative dispute resolution forums. He represents regional and national corporations, Arizona-based businesses, and individuals.

While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Professor Henry served as Associate Editor on the Michigan Law Review.
