Terry Harrison is the Chief Counsel of the Liability Management Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. This practice group focuses on the defense of the State, its agencies, and its employees in tort and civil rights litigation.
Professor Harrison has more than 30 years experience in representing defendants in civil litigation related to negligence claims involving a wide variety of areas, including highway design and maintenance, premises liability, automobile accidents, arrest and use of force by law enforcement, the courts and probationers and federal civil rights claims concerning the care, treatment, and protection of inmates in the custody of the State.
Professor Harrison has tried many jury trials, and has served as a presenter in the trial college program in the Attorney General’s Office.
