Keith Beauchamp practices with Coppersmith
Schermer & Brockelman PLC. He has substantial experience in complex
commercial litigation matters in a variety of contexts, including business
torts, injunctive proceedings, legal malpractice defense, and claims against
directors and officers. Professor Beauchamp has served as lead counsel in the
defense of numerous class actions, and has tried multiple significant matters
to conclusion in litigation and in arbitration proceedings.
Professor Beauchamp also regularly represents
broker-dealers and investment professionals in the litigation, arbitration, and
regulatory arenas. He has been involved in evidentiary injunctive matters in
the Arizona courts on a broad range of issues, including breach of contract,
breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Coppersmith, Schermer &
Brockelman, he practiced for 20 years at Lewis and Roca, LLP, where he led the
Class Action Practice Group and the Professional Liability Defense Group.
