Nicole France Stanton is a Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP and practices in the area of business litigation. The primary focus of her practice includes defending professionals such as lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, and others in malpractice actions. She also practices in the area of lender liability, defending financial institutions.
Professor Stanton also works internally at Quarles & Brady as one of the firm’s ethics and loss prevention counsel, and is a member of the conflicts-of-interest committee. Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, she served as a law clerk to Arizona Supreme Court Justice Charles E. Jones.
Professor Stanton recently was recognized as a YWCA of Maricopa County’s 2011 Tribute to Women Honoree (Business Leader Category). She also was an award recipient of The Business Journal’s Class of 2005 “Forty Under 40,” as well as Honoree and “Top Woman” Award Recipient in the AZ’s Finest Competition from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Arizona in 2004.
